Ashtanga Led Primary (Saturday 9 AM)

Service Description

Best for Ashtanga practitioners and people with a strong yoga understanding. Full Primary led class is traditionally offered once or twice a week, and includes all asanas (postures) in the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. This ninety-minute class moves at a medium pace and can be vigorous or steady, depending on one’s approach.
