This smaller course offers basic Ayurveda information and suggestions, information on dosha balancing and healthy eating habits, food sourcing, ‘how to’ and troubleshooting potential changes in two one-hour classes.

Cooking course
This course will offer recipes for a simplified way to cook healthy food in a busy schedule. All vegetarian (can be vegan), we’ll go over concepts of easy meal preparation, cook a few things and taste as we go in two ninety-minute classes.

Healthy food preparation
Learn the importance of, and ‘how to’ soak beans, seeds, nuts, dried fruits. etc. then ways to use for seed butters, nut milks, and more. Ghee-making, sprouting, and juicing also included. Three ninety-minute classes.
